THANK YOU!!! worked great on my Win7 64bit Ultimate and Office 2010 Pro Plus installation. been having this issues with not being able to send as email attachment from any Office product. Rename msmapi32.dll to .old and restarted Outlook. got a quick progress bar dialog box then opened. and then everything worked again.
